With over ten years of experience in people operations and management, client management, coaching, and business leadership, Vlad works with businesses like yours, acting as a one-off or a regular facilitator, advisor to the leadership team and interim leader/manager.

EXPERIENCE
Vlad is a bilingual professional with over 10 years' experience in the business services industry across Asia, EMEA and the Americas. Eight years' experience in management and leadership positions in a double-digit YoY growth global services business. First-hand leadership, management and coaching experience of the business growth from 40 to 1,000+ employees globally.
In the span of a career to date, oversaw and led operations and management of the EMEA's largest business unit, accounting for 10% of the company's global revenue. Co-led and coached the largest business unit globally, representing nearly 40% of the business's revenue globally.​
MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP
Direct responsibility for the EMEA-focused team of account managers and associates. Global practice area lead for the global team of account managers across the Americas and Asia, including coaching and managing a global team of eight.
Member of the EMEA leadership team with strategic oversight and full P&L responsibility for the operation of the largest business vertical and business unit (50 people), talent acquisition and development, and client service delivery, directly managing the team of 5 operations managers.
Global vertical leadership ($50m in revenue) responsibility, including the design, launch, execution, and management of the global & regional strategy (2020-2025) across offices in the US, Europe, China, India and Hong Kong.
OPERATIONS & TALENT MANAGEMENT
Scaled up the business unit from two to five teams to meet the client demand's overwhelming growth.

Designed and implemented execution best practices improving service delivery and client engagement resulting in 15% cost reduction, 92% YoY revenue growth, and securing 37% market share for the largest and most competitive client. Directly managed annual operations and talent budget.

Co-designed and co-delivered offsites in the UK, Portugal and Spain for ~40 EMEA associates to improve employee engagement, cross-team collaboration, and client service delivery. In addition, co-designed and co-led a summer internship program.

Collaborated with a global team across functions to simplify operational process flow, launched personal development and appraisal plans, designed MBA-style training for managers, revamped digital platform for clients.
CLIENT & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Managed firms’ largest client portfolio and relationships with nine out of the top 10 global management consultancy firms across EMEA, Americas, and Asia to boost demand and new business generating over 35% of the firm’s revenue.

Oversaw the entire client engagement cycle from sale to on-boarding, including identifying prospects and their business needs, leading the sales pitches and optimisation meetings to ensure repeat and new business.

Disrupted the industry, challenging the ‘client-supplier’ status quo by fostering the business culture of ‘a partnership’ with clients and other stakeholders.
Designed and implemented a go-to-market strategy for the Middle East, China, EMEA, Japan, Korea, Australia and the US.

In a span of six weeks, organised and fully managed 11 trips across Nordics, DACH & BeNe regions, France and Italy, to meet with 80+ clients (senior managers to partners) to generate new business and boost the demand, resulting in an aggressive revenue budget between 2015-2020, despite Covid.

Personally led global internal & external efforts on three successful RFPs (with a contract value of $5- 20m each) for 3 strategic clients.
